Liabilities and
Losses - the courier service holds the liability for the product
during transit. Although we seek to keep our standards as high as
possible - you must check the condition of the product upon
receipt. After receipt of the product and you have given a
signature - the liability for anything concerning that product is
passed to yourselves.
Dangerous
Substances - Automotive Batteries contain Battery Acid which is
highly corrosive. ALL of our products are checked before dispatch

appropriately.
However, having checked the condition of the Battery upon receipt - you
must still undertake basic safety precautions as found by clicking <

Warranties -
For any product that is within warranty (3, 4 or 5 years from the

If you send a battery back to us that is either
inapropriately / not safely packaged (please refer to how the
product arrived) or
damaged in a way that we believe is beyond ordinary wear and tear -
your warranty may be voided.
Faults caused by
under-charging the battery - We do not accept product returns
that are caused by vehicles with malfunctioning alternators. We
also do not accept product returns from owners of vehicles that
cover below 2000 miles per year where the battery is not charged
regularly
enough to be considered normal operation. Negligence on your part
may be investigated if we doubt that your claim is genuine.
Faults caused by
over-charging the battery - We do not accept product returns
where there is physical evidence of the battery overheating and
mal-forming. The cause of this is an unregulated vehicle
alternator which in turn damages the battery and must be dealt with by
yourselves.
